UCK 2.4.5 is severely outdated, please do use the 2.4.7 from the PPA:

Also it may not be possible to have files > 4GB on an ISO9660 filesystem (as noted there are possible workarounds, but they seem to have only limited compatibility):

So it's probably best to reduce the content, so it'll fit in 4GB.
