At no point is the entire distribution to blame. In the future, please report bugs using "ubuntu-bug {packagename}". Based on that alone, this bug is invalid for Ubuntu Studio, but we might have a problem with a particular package.

With that said, I'm marking this bug as incomplete. What method were you using? The tk/tcl references imply you were installing with ubuntustudio-installer, but I cannot be sure.
