I originally requested that U1 specifically support the tags in a file's metadata. But I personally am backing off that implementation-detail request.

All I'd like to see is some form of ratings syncing and usage in the UI. If that's stored separately, that's fine by me. It likely doesn't make sense to keep updating the tag inside of the file and then causing that file to be re-synced in its entirety across all the user's machines.
