Give the Status page (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuOne/Status) more exposure on the Ubuntu One website as a place that subscribers and prospective customers should review to learn more about the service.

Add links to /support, plans, in the subscription path, and on the common footer. For the /support and plans links, position the Status page as a place to check first should customers notice something wrong with Ubuntu one. A link in the subscription path should tell customers to check the status of the service before subscribing.
