Well in the on going saga. Got in to work this morning and have had Evolution running for about 10 minutes and I still have contacts in there that I deleted last night from the Ubuntu One Web site. I logged out and back in again and they are now in sync. It seems to take a lonnngggg time to do this but under Maverick it partially works but I can't delete or move a contact.
So:
1) Syncing works from Maverick but is really slow and you may have to log off and back in again.
2) No apparent indication that synchronization is actually working in Evolution.
3) Deleting contacts does not work from Evolution.
4) Moving contacts does not work from Evolution.
