Yes, we're continuing opening up replication for more users gradually, trying not to overwhelm the servers.
In parallel, the upgrade to the latest version of couchdb is almost done. We still have to finish testing it and deploying, but that will allow us to open it up for everybody at once.
In the mean time, we continue to gradually open up for more users.
