Robert: Sorry about the delay. We have made significant upgrades to our data store for contacts so it will do a much better job with scaling to the increased demand. We're in the process of moving users to this new environment and will re-enable contacts sync soon. We will do a better job with communicating progress and not wait until the job is completed.
