Comment 4 for bug 769996

The problem seems to be with the   characters: the translatable string contains Pango markup language, which does not support all html entities:

You can see that the use of   is not supported, which is why the format is not being applied. The solution is to fix the translation by removing all the   elements:

Note that there are more translations in that template which contain the nbsp, and which you should probably fix as well:
