Workaround:
1. Shut down ubuntuone-syncdaemon:
  u1sdtool --quit
2. Download fix-missing-tritcask-crc32.py:
  wget http://people.canonical.com/~roman.yepishev/us/fix-missing-tritcask-crc32.py
3. Run fix-missing-tritcask-crc32.py:
  python fix-missing-tritcask-crc32.py

After this the database will be updated and it should be possible to start ubuntuone-syncdaemon again:
u1sdtool --start
