Thank you for reporting this bug. In order to get the upgrade to complete successfully please try the following.

1.Open System > Administrations > Synaptic Package Manager
2. In Synaptic select Edit > Fix Broken Packages
3. When that is done, select 'Mark all Upgrades'
4. then select 'Apply'

Sorry for the inconvenience. This is being looked into and will be fixed ASAP. If this does not fix your issue please change the 'Status' of your bug back to 'New' and leave a comment describing what happened. You can change the 'Status' by clicking the yellow circle with the exclamation point next to the 'Status' at the top of the page.
