Comment 16 for bug 531273

I'm using Ubuntu 10.10 and have just started trying to use the Ubuntu One service and although the status of this bug is 'fixed', it seems clear to me that it is not. I've been trying to sync a folder with 11,000 files, in total just under 1GB and transferring the meta data alone has taken in excess of 5 hours which really seems unacceptable. Maybe this bug should be re-opened?
