Bug Description

When I start new gnome session, I have the one and only possibility to get to the Ubuntu One settings panel. When I get there, I can see that all Speed limits I've set up before are gone. Unfortunately, I never remember to set up 'show always' for the Ubuntu status icon, so I'm not able to check that later, however, i'm sure that these settings are not lost until I reboot my pc.
