Thank you for the bug report! I wasn't sure if this issue still existed for you based on the update you gave. Are files synchronizing now but taking a long time to sync? Or are they not synchronizing? If you're still having issues, please try running this command in a terminal session to provide log files on this bug:

$ apport-collect -p ubuntuone-client 390759
