Comment 173 for bug 387308

We have a non-authenticated HTTP proxy which listens on port 88 and allows
outbound connections only on port 80 and 443.

Same configuration for all 300,000 employees. Not all Linux users of course
:-) And on even smaller percentage of Ubuntu Linux users.
