Won't sync files - object has no attribute 'GetAceCount'

Using the newest windows client 3.0.2 installer, On windows 7 x64

I tried to sync everything in my "My Documents" folder. I was having a problem with only folders showing being created in the cloud and no actual files being uploaded and the client claimed that everything was synced. In order to try and fix I uninstalled UbuntuOne, deleted any folders I could find related to ubuntuone, including <username>/appdata/local/xdg

Rebooted and reinstalled Ubuntu one.
Ran process monitor to monitor syncdaemon to try find out whats going on.

Upon starting Ubuntu One I get the "Getting information , please wait..." which never seems to finish, its been well over a few hours and its still stuck. I can click the other tabs like devices and account information and they work. Although the settings tab brings up the "Getting Information, please wait..." message again and sits forever at this.
