English doesn't matter.
The bug is that when address is spam-blocked,
the wrong form is presented, that says that
the address is invalid, and asks to re-type it.
This is a bug!
Why not to bring up the right form that will
say that the address is blacklisted? This is
all what is needed to fix the bug!
