How odd - when I go into Gnome settings > Color, there seems to be no way to simply add a profile from within the GUI, or to use anything other than the default profile. This seems inconsistent with the help page called "How do I test if color management is working correctly?", which I found via the "Learn More" hyperlink within Gnome Settings > Color. I'll raise a separate bug report for this.
(By the way, I'm using the latest daily build for Ubuntu Budgie 18.04, 32bit.)
