I am problems with the Fortclient SSL VPN client I need for work. systemd-resolved overwrites the DNS entries set by the VPN client. The connection is set up with Network-Manager. This worked fine in 16.04 and works on Arch with the same VPN client. I do not know if this is exactly the problem discusses here, but I am not able to use my VPN client software on Ubuntu 16.10.
