[Impact]

This is a upstream bug fix release. It has one fix to fix support for transparency in PNG files.

gnome-photos is seeded in Ubuntu GNOME and Ubuntu Budgie

[Test Case]

Install update and open attached image in gnome-photos.
Apply a filter to the image and check the area below the cookies doesnt have any ugly boxing.

[Regression potential]

Low, the included patch should only have affect with transparent PNGs so at worst it will break what was already broken.
