Not a feature, but it can't/shouldn't be solved in LightDM. I've opened a bug against accountsservice so the feature can be implemented in there. (It has to be in the accounts service as other programs contact that for the list of users, i.e. if we blocked certain users in LightDM, then they would still show in the user switcher).
