I second that, because for me in Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS, Intellij Idea with Netbeans keymap (long-story :D) keyboard shortcut CTRL + SHIFT + 1 (non numpad) only gets captured by Intellij Idea when Ubuntu keyboard language is set to "EN", but when I switch to my native language "LT" (Lithuanian), then nothing happens nowhere :)
