I wonder if it is ACPI related:

$ uptime && cat /sys/firmware/acpi/interrupts/gpe17
 16:22:48 up 0 min, 1 user, load average: 2.26, 0.74, 0.26
  376509 enabled

that's a lot of interrupts for a system that has been up less than a minute.
