Hi rv_happy, I'm uploading right now the two new packages

virtualbox-lts-utopic
virtualbox-guest-additions-iso-lts-utopic
that should fix your issue.

I plan to ask -sponsors to upload them as new trusty packages, but only if you provide me a good feedback about them :)

can you please test them in my ppa?
