I don't think so, at least not recently but this install is quite old and was upgraged during the time to newer and newer releases. However what made me thinking is the fact that it does not always happens only sometimes. Also, it's the situation only since some days it didn't happened before, so some kind of upgrade since then can cause it (and I am sure there was no "pam game" since then at least).
