I found a workaround.
$ sudo apt-get remove libreoffice-help-en-gb libreoffice-l10n-common libreoffice-l10n-en-gb libreoffice-l10n-en-za $ sudo apt-get install libreoffice-help-en-gb libreoffice-l10n-common libreoffice-l10n-en-gb libreoffice-l10n-en-za
Now the system wont try to remove the packages.

Now the system wont try to remove the packages.
