Same here on Ubuntu 14.04.
Last night the package system attempted to update a lot of packages (644 packages) and newly install ocl-icd-libopencl1, but that failed for this...

"apt-get -f install" cannot resolve this problem.

ocl-icd-libopencl1: 2.1.3-4
nvidia-opencl-dev: 5.0.35-7ubuntu1
