Definitely not Nautilus related. The same occurs if you run “Disks” utility, select a USB 3 disk and then “Power off” from the menu near the top-right corner. To securely remove a USB 3 disk I unmount it first then run “Disks” utility, select it and then press “Standby Now” from the same menu. No problems so far. Could this be a temporary solution until this is fixed?
