Also my opinion. I just was wondering, because with that note, I was citing, also the CVE-2015-8709 reference seems to be added to this issue. I interpreted that as an attemt to reuse. If not, so why reference it, when it does not have something to do with it? For citing similar issues, should reference in note not be sufficient (Perhaps default behaviour of Launchpad software, would it add CVE-1970-0001 when just naming it?)
