I built a Trusty test kernel with a cherry pick of commit: 3ce438df10. The test kernel can be downloaded from:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~jsalisbury/lp1512415/

Can you test this kernel and see if it resolves this bug?

Note, you will need to install both the linux-image and linux-image-extra .deb packages.
