Hello Alberto,
This one works!

Steps:
1. Install 12.04.4 + jockey-gtk + jockey-common you provided here
2. Reboot
3. Install the Broadcom driver from jockey-gtk

Result:
* Driver successfully installed, those error messages in jockey.log and dmesg are gone
