At this stage we don't know for 100% certain whether the root cause is a general problem affecting many keyboard layouts, or is due to something specific with fr/oss that just happens to show a generic symptom that other keyboard layouts also exhibit.

However, if it is the latter, then the stack should be stronger at communicating those issues up so they can be more readily debugged.
