TEST CASE:
1. install a 10.04 that only contains internal mirrors
2. run do-release-upgrade on 10.04
3. verify that it crashes
4. run do-release-upgrade --proposed
5. verify that it works

Accepted update-manager into precise-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https:/ /launchpad. net/ubuntu/ +source/ update- manager/ 1:0.156. 14.19 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
