Simply start by choosing "install" rather than booting to the live DE. At the end of the installation when asked to restart and clicking on "restart" the CD/DVD ejects as expected but no message is displayed.

With no message being displayed it leaves one wondering what to do, possibly leading to a hard reset when not needed.
