I've discovered that using "Find" in Libreoffice crashes the program without producing a crash report. The program just shuts down. I'm running a (fairly) clean install of Ubuntu 12.04 Beta 2. Libreoffice only crashes with libreoffice-gtk installed. Removing libreoffice-gtk solves the problem for me, but makes the UI look awful.
