Odd. Makes sense, but odd. This is a recent problem, I don't believe it existed in Compiz 0.8, it certainly wasn't around in Lucid Lynx.

I wonder if it's due to new Catalyst drivers, rather than the new Compiz version. It might be worth compiling the latest fglrx on Lucid to see if this bug occurs. If it doesn't occur, then we know this problem is fixable.
