Hello. It seems, that this problem still is not fixed in 12.04 LTS Release (e.g. Xubuntu: yes, I know it has EoL status). `accountsservice` crashing every time after every user logs in. But it seems, that "solution" is to disable `apport` via '/etc/default/apport' file. It's pretty simple:
That's all. After system restart etc., and user login, `accountsservice` crash does not occur. As I already mentioned: Xubuntu 12.04 LTS is EoL and it seems that this issue is fixed in Ubuntu (see above table with 'Affects', 'Status', 'Importance' etc. rows).

1) edit apport file;
$ sudo leafpad /etc/default/apport
2) change 'enabled=1' option to 'enabled=0'
3) save and exit.
