Hi guys,
I got the same problem...
If you want to find the file which is causing this issue just type $ find -inum {INODE} this will find the file that is with zero length and you can decide if you can delete it or no.
My issue was with .Skype/shared.xml
For some reason this file changed it's attributes and was not accessible. I just removed it and my problem was solved.
Hope this info help anyone who have the same issue.
