the kernel has a file that specifies the versions of dkms's to use for the built, and they are set in stone when a new kernel SRU cycle starts

the current linux & linux-oem-6.8 kernels in noble-proposed both build modules from:

ipu6-drivers 0~git202404110253.97c94720-0ubuntu1

so linux 6.8.0-34.34 and linux-oem-6.8 6.8.0-1006.6 both have the right version of ipu6, and can be used for testing
