can you reproduce it with GRUB2 EFI on Mac?
(I don't recommend using "+mac" iso's, use normals)
Format pendrive to FAT32 -> copy all files from the iso there(remember the hidden .disk folder) -> hold ALT and select your pendrive on list, thats it, you can install with native EFI boot ;)
