My testing is showing that the ecryptfs bug is still there in a fully-updated Ubuntu 11.04 on x86_64 with this kernel:

Running md5sum repeatedly over the same 17GB ecryptfs directory gives different md5sums on some of the files on some of the runs.
Another fact: I am using an OCZ SSD for this file system.
