Plain clean F11 installation, same problem here.
I first noticed it two days after a clean install, the gnome file manager freezes when opening the home (and only the home) directory.
I killed all gvfs related processes, reinstalled udev (as the poster in comment #35 and so far its working ok.
There is definitely something wrong here.
