I think in this case it is something like:
 "Enabling the UEFI Shell in OVMF builds that also support Secure Boot isn't recommended, the Shell can be used to bypass Secure Boot."

However, if my patch (or something similar) gets upstreamed, the warning would no longer be valid, as the patch prohibits executing the UEFI Shell when Secure Boot is enabled.

(And just noting that I still don't have access to the upstream advisory.)
