I don't think if that is the same issue, but I tried setting the automatic screen sleep to 1 minute and not always but most of the times I can't login back to the system since it does not wake up.

The system is still functional, having nomachine installing and configured trying to login from another computer, I get a successfull connection with no video, since then, the system takes like 4/5 minutes to show a black screen with a cursor first, then the lockscreen and everything works again
