Chris,

The server came back up. I downloaded and installed the /precise/ ones. When I typed the command in, I received the following:

FATAL: Error inserting e1000e (/lib/modules/3.5.0-19-generic/kernel/drivers/net/ethernet/intel/e1000e/e1000e.ko): Invalid argument
