Well when I was talking about blacklisting the ipv6 module (that is not a module anymore, but anyway) it was talking about a configuration option (like on RH system) to easily prevent the loading of the module on boot, but I was not talking about blacklisting it _by default_ (as I'm also a big IPv6 fervent too, die NAT, die!)
