speech-dispatcher (0.11.3-1ubuntu1.1) kinetic; urgency=medium

  * patches/systemd-socket-activation: Added.
    - Enables activating Speech Dispatcher via a Systemd socket, it's needed
    for confined clients to be able to activate the service (LP: #1991022).
