I have this same error after unattended install upgraded from kernel 5.15.0-50 to 5.15.0.52 last night

- Ubuntu 22.04.1
- kernel 5.15.0-52-generic
- Nvidia Driver: 515.65.01
- Card: RTX 2070 SUPER

currently kernel 5.15.0-50 still boots

work around: nomodeset boot option
