I am also affected by this bug. Booting to kernel 5.15.0-112 produces a black screen. Kernel 5.15.0-107 works correctly. Here is information about my system:
Operating System: Kubuntu 22.04
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.7
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.92.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3
Kernel Version: 5.15.0-107-generic (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
Processors: 8 × AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with Radeon Vega Graphics
Memory: 13.6 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon Vega 11 Graphics
