Comment 0 for bug 2046217

During the jammy-hwe migration test, I found some machines failed to run the pm-graph. test(https://github.com/canonical/checkbox/blob/main/providers/base/units/stress/jobs.pxu#L604)

One of machine when I rerun it locally, it passed, but others are still failed.
