Test on Dell New platform 202209-30584, BIOS 0.2.10. Tested in Xorg.

1. Enable proposed
$ sudo apt install pipewire
$ sudo reboot
2. gst-launch-1.0 command works good
$ gst-launch-1.0 pipewiresrc path=35 ! image/jpeg, width=1280, height=720, framerate=30/1 ! decodebin ! videoconvert ! glimagesink
3. screen cast works good
